- CCChristinaApr 13, 20265.0my mom and i just came here for passport services and i wish i got the name of the lady who helped us because she was so excellent! i mean she was so efficient, it really only took like 10 minutes, she was very kind and patient (there were young children with whom she took extra time and attention to acknowledge and accommodate and she also had toys for the kids and hung their drawings on her wall). also i really appreciated that she truly cared to be honest about how i should pose for the picture and took her time and asked me if i liked it and then gave me the other copy of my passport photo instead of throwing it out! highly recommend going here for a passport and don’t waste your time at a place in philly!

I’ve been in here 3 times in the last month trying to get my address change set to receive my mail and nobody has helped properly. What a joke of an establishment

He could have refused to help me, since I did not make it in time window for walk in. However, he came to help me right away during his lunch. I have to say the best experience for passport service compare to other post offices I went to. Lionel is an asset to this location. Thank you Lionel.
