- DBDanielle BuckleySep 30, 20261.0This post office lost my step-father's ORIGINAL Naturalization Certificate and other supporting documents in support of his application for a passport as well as his passport application. Despite him paying for this service, the post office has refused to refund his money or provide funds to replace his Naturalization Certificate. When we inquired into proof that they in fact sent it to the US Passport Agency, we were informed that the Postmaster destroyed the tracking transmittal so they are no longer able to track the package. When we indicated we would be filing a claim against them, they were rude and flippant telling us to "do what you have to do." PLEASE DO NOT TAKE IMPORTANT DOCUMENTATION HERE. They are a disgrace.

I am right in and right out and really appreciate everyone’s hard work, especially the clerks at the front who are super fast and work very hard.
