  Nastiest awful people. If you want to be treated like dirt then this is the place to go. I literally just asked if they were the people opening the store to be treated to their derision. I ran. I will never use this store. UPS corporate would serve themselves well to investigate this. As I can see from the reviews I am not alone. As you can see from my review history, I am not a negative person by any means. My experience is truthful and accurate. Go at your own risk.

  The staff at this store was very helpful! My company came into this store for the Notary services of Melissa Minster. two weeks later, I need excessive documentation for our government client. The staff at store 0967 took our call then connected us with store 7018. Melissa responded that day and emailed all the details I needed. It was really great to get that extra help form my company and client.

  Casey and Summy both seem miserable. Rude, unfriendly and disrespectful towards customers. I asked for “fragile stickers” and Casey told me to come prepared next time and refused to give me one. It was seriously unbelievable how rude and arrogant he was. I hope the owner/manager teaches them better work ethics and manners.

  Terribly rude. Came in to drop off a return and the older lady with longer black hair not only didn't say hello, but then was trying to give me lessons on making sure to remove every single piece of prior label as if it's the first time I've made a return. Overall, she was just annoyed, seemed inconvenienced and like she hates her job. Unpleasant.
