- HTHank TankersonSep 8, 20261.0Will hold mail for no apparent or stated reason. Last package I had that required a signature didn't show up for days because the person refused to get one. I finally had to go pick it up because of the constant run around the carrier would go through just to avoid getting a signature. looking at reviews here it appears to be a consistent problem that the mail carriers have an issue actually delivering mail and will find reasons not to.

I have important payments for our business that was supposed to be delivered on Friday and it’s never taken 3 days to be here. I know multiple other residents having the same issue and all they say is “well it probably went to another location and has to be rerouted”. I worked for the post office it’s never taken this long and you can’t even mark that you didn’t receive a piece of mail on the app anymore. Also, the mail person doesn’t even attempt to deliver certified mail and just leaves notices in the mail box.

The post truck driver was so lazy that they left a message saying that they couldn't deliver it because "could not back down the driveway" how lazy can you possibly get? I requested a redelivery for the package and once again, nothing. When I went to the post office the next day they claimed that there was no one willing to sign for the package. There were 2 people at the house literally waiting for the package to arrive. I paid a good amount extra to make sure I got the package for a 2 day delivery and they screwed me over without a partial refund or even an apology at minimum.
