- AGashley goblinger1 day ago5.0I literally go out of my way to make returns and other things at this location. (UPS Store- Mountain Laurel Plaza, Latrobe) Their customer service is top-notch! Their owner is always in the store helping customers & his employees, too. I use this location primarily for Amazon returns, but recently had to send back a large piece of medical equipment after we no longer needed it. Returning it was already emotional enough and I was extremely stressed about returning it, since I’ve never had to do anything like that before. He (the owner) was so patient and helpful. He was on the phone with the company I had to return it to and everything. He made it so easy for me, which I greatly appreciated. He has a great store with great employees. I will always choose this store as my drop off location!
