It adds a ton of unnecessary time to people who already have labels made. Again, this needs to be enforced by the postal clerk. Waited in line for 25 minutes today when I already had a label made.
- BBBillJun 7, 20261.0The employees park where the customers park. As a result, there is occasionally no place to park, so customers park anywhere, including in front of the drive thru mail boxes. One day with a customer parked in front of the mail boxes, I was given the "finger" as I honked for him to move. Employees should park somewhere else.
- LBLeonna BrownJun 4, 20261.0Came to do a change of address and purchase stamps. The teller didn’t have a clue what he was doing. He pretty much said he couldn’t help me with the change of address, he printed out a address I lived at over 5 years ago but wouldn’t even give me the print-out and then had a nerve to get upset because I said I didn’t want the stamps with the president on them. That’s my preference Just thought the sunflowers were better to me. I still have to do a change of address but will not be returning to my local post office.
