- JCJohn Cilingin6 days ago1.0Passport walk-in hours are listed as 1130-100 on Thursdays. Arrived at 1210 for passport walk-in. The woman working there rudely tells us that we need to be there at 1030 at the latest and they only accept 6 walk-in passport requests a day. As far as I could tell she was making this up on the spot to not provide us service. She then proceeds to "be done" with us and passes us on to her older male coworker who ended up being helpful and nice and scheduled an appointment for us. She was very rude to all customers while we were there ending with her saying she was too hungry to keep working and walking out. Good times at the Lansdale Post Office.

The young African American girl has an extreme attitude to help you and also was saying to another customer that the fingerprints machine was down when the guy with the beard that works there say it did. She doesn't want help out has an attitude issue . Because she's on her personal phone too busy to help anyone out! My mail is not being delivered to the correct address! This is federal!!!

- A月Apr 21, 20261.0Worst post office ever. Whoever is driving doesn’t know where they’re delivering anything. My package that was supposedly delivered 10 minutes ago to my locked mailbox is not there. Not anywhere around the property. I’m constantly getting my neighbors mail, my packages are being delivered to their houses which I only know if I happen to see it, I’m constantly getting their packages. We all have separate addresses. This is so exhausting, genuinely can’t wait to move out of Lansdale just to escape this poor excuse of a post office.

The review isn't for this particular location but for the postal service in general. They take your money for insurance and then don't want to pay for their mistakes.
