  I was very disappointed with the service I received at this UPS Store. This was my fourth visit, and unfortunately, I have experienced the same type of treatment each time. The woman who assisted me appeared to be either the manager or the owner, although I cannot confirm her position. During each visit, I felt that I was treated differently and unfairly. This most recent experience was especially upsetting because my son was with me and witnessed how I was treated. I do not make this statement lightly, but the repeated behavior left me feeling discriminated against, disrespected, and unwelcome. Every customer deserves to be treated equally and with basic courtesy. I sincerely hope this concern is taken seriously so that no other customer or family has a similar experience.

  I come to this UPS Store regularly for my Amazon returns and drop-offs. The process is usually quick and easy, and the staff members are always friendly and helpful. The manager is very nice, and the store is usually clean and organized. One thing I really appreciate about this location is how they handle small packaging issues. I’ve been to other UPS Stores where they charged me just to add a little tape or take care of something minor. At this location, if you don’t have exactly what you need, the staff usually tries to help and explain the most affordable way to get your package taken care of instead of automatically charging you for everything. Overall, I’ve had a consistently good experience here. It’s a convenient, dependable location with friendly service, and I appreciate that they try to help customers without making simple returns more expensive than they need to be.

  Allegedly not affiliated with printscan, so when you drive a half hour there after making an appointment they can tell you they can’t help you because “they cannot see appointments made through printscan”

  The woman staff who worked there was rude. It was very unpleasant experience. I should find other location next time.
