My brother and I came in to return a package and were simply waiting to be helped when an employee named Bharat rudely said, “So, are you just gonna stand there?” The attitude was completely unnecessary and disrespectful. We were customers standing there waiting for assistance, not bothering anyone or being difficult. A simple “How can I help you?” would have been enough. Instead, we were spoken to as if we were an inconvenience. Being frustrated or having a bad day is not an excuse to treat people this way. Customer service requires basic respect and professionalism, and that was completely lacking during our visit. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously because no customer should be treated like that.
