When I go to the employee on the left she tells me I picked the most expensive choice and it's too late. So literally paid more money after asking an employee for help! Ridiculous!

- JRJ RApr 1, 20261.0First time going in there today, was unfamiliar with the process of mailing a package out and how to properly tape it. The customer service there was not really friendly and seemed to have a negative attitude towards helping me. They were laughing in the process, made me feel like I shouldn’t have asked them for help. I don’t really go to the post office much, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be going to this post office ever again. It made me feel uncomfortable with asking the two ladies for help. It just seemed like they didn’t want to help me. Hopefully they can improve their customer service and be more professional in the process. God bless.
