- MSM S1 day ago1.0The only one in the place and the clerk is impatient and rude. My first time shipping a large box so I don't know what the process is. Charges me double without explaining anything about dimensional weight vs. Actual weight. I get it everyone is overworked and underpaid but c'mon man, your job is simple. If you're that miserable go work in a warehouse where nobody has to deal with you.

The staff were ridiculously slow — there were two employees, but one of them just stood around doing nothing while we waited for the other one. That second employee, an older white woman with blonde hair, was deliberately taking forever and acting in a really racist way as well. This is the only centre in the middle of the city, so you’d expect them to actually provide decent service. Instead, it was a complete mess.
