- SJSteven Jones5 days ago1.0Let me start by saying I love UPS, they do a wonderful job. That is why I was so disappointed in the Centerville store in Lancaster PA. I was trying to ship 2 packages and when I printed the labels The UPS Store was unable to scan it. I asked the lady at the desk if she could reprint them for me and she said I had to go home and reprint them myself. She was unable to do it and I asked to speak to the manager. I was called a smartalleck, told to take my business to another shipper and I was the problem and I should know how to use the app. I heard the store was closing and I understand. UPS is better than this.

- MZMocca ZwarSep 17, 20265.0Love this quick in and out place. Very knowledgeable about shipping. Great customer service, so much better then the Post Office where everyone is miserable and slow as molassass. The line takes forever to move. They loose packaged all the time. So done for them.
