  The Centerville PA UPS location is by far the best. It has the friendliest staff including Elizabeth Charles and Dave. They always work fast and greet me and have never given me any issues! I’ve returned and even used them to print on envelopes for sending out bridal shower invites and the managers were excellent and timely 11/10 !!

  If you were using this to ship an auction item, they are more expensive than the outrageous charge that LiveAuctioneers charges! To have a Framed item measuring about 19“ x 19“ cost almost $140 to go from Pennsylvania To North Carolina. Putting in the weight and dimensions of the box on the UPS store had the shipping at $42, they charged $86. They are also almost doubling the insurance charge per hundred dollars. Just be aware.

  I always bring my return packages to this UPS Store, and they consistently provide a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful every time I visit. Service is super fast—you’re in and out in no time, which I really appreciate. What stands out most is how well everyone works together as a team. It creates such a smooth and positive atmosphere. The store is also very clean and well-organized. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an efficient and pleasant place to handle your shipping or returns!

  Andrew was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me with my heavy return with ease and said the UPS store was my friend today but let's be honest they are our friend everyday Staff was kind and you can tell they like working together

  I came in to return a package with an RMA. I watched the employee measure one side of the box and enter it into the computer, then measure the front and enter that, then measure the opposite side and enter that as well. Since this was a rectangular box, I was concerned that the package dimensions were being entered incorrectly rather than as length, width, and height. Instead of verifying the length, width, and height with me or simply rechecking the measurements, the manager became defensive and refused service. I would have appreciated a confirmation of the measurements. What should have been a simple opportunity to double-check the entry was escalated unnecessarily.
