  Muy mala experiencia con esta tienda de UPS envié un paquete con esta tienda y UPS lo entrego en la dirección incorrecta y ellos dicen que mi paquete fue entregado y q ellos no tienen nada q ver así q perdí un paquete por valor de 500 dólares y ni la compañía UPS se hace responsable ni esta tienda tampoco

  Rick and his wife have apparently decided retirement is more important than responsibly winding down a business their customers depend on. This UPS Store is closing in roughly three weeks, leaving mailbox customers scrambling to figure out what happens to important mail after the doors are locked. When I called Rick to raise the issue and suggested he verify his obligations before making decisions that affect customers, his attitude was essentially that he “wanted out.” Congratulations on retirement, I guess. Most business owners try to leave their customers in good hands on the way out the door. If you have a mailbox here, start changing your mailing address with every sender immediately and contact USPS yourself. A normal USPS Change of Address does not work for mail addressed to a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA). USPS has separate rules governing CMRA mail and what happens when a CMRA closes. With only a few weeks' notice, customers are being left to figure those rules out for themselves.

  I'm so sad this store is closing! My family has been coming here since we moved here and are always met with helpful service and a lovely conversation. It's the guys that work there that make it a great experience every time! My partner was in recently printing a eulogy and the guy that helped her that day was so kind and so thoughtful. It really meant a lot! Thanks for years of great service guys!

  Bad experience all around. The older gentleman at the counter was impatient with me when I needed both printouts and copies. Clearly didnt want to help me with my fax either, pressed how costly it was to discourage me. The other staff member on duty could not help me figure out postage for mailing a couple large envelopes. Told me it was "easier if I went home and got my own stamps." Easier for them maybe. They need to be better trained. They should know the value of a stamp and be able to pull out a calculator and find out how many stamps 2.79 is. Absolutely incompetent and disrespectful.

  I frequent this location often and have never had a problem with the staff. I am flabbergasted by all of the negative reviews. I have used this location for a large printing project for an event flyer and was helped immediately and was given thorough instructions on how the copier worked (this was a last minute printing). I was in and out in 20 minutes. Thank you. I appreciate the staff here and will continue to visit your location.
