Not to mention all of the attitude I usually get, since I interrupt the cashier gambling on slots on their phones... Smh. Awful service 80% of the time

I got there early and the guy we needed for our passports went on lunch for a solid 2 hours… I would NEVER go here again took off work to get my passport and ended up not being able to get it. Awful service this guy needs to be fired or have a shorter lunch.

I will say however, that the particular mailman that I'm used to dealing with from this location has a tendency to not take outgoing mail or packages, even if a pickup is scheduled through USPS. I've dealt with worse locations but I've also dealt with better.

Had it been the other way around I’m sure I would have not received the service. Waited 2hrs, this is unacceptable! They could have at least called to switch times instead of making me wait 2hrs with no chairs and two children!
