- KLKendra LoganAug 8, 20261.0First off I just wanna say, the man that works there is great so very nice and helpful, however the lady named Brittany is rude, and this is my second encounter with her! First encounter was a couple weeks ago and she was very nasty towards me and my daughter when we came to mail some packages off, today the same way VERY RUDE! She sits in the corner and slowly walks to the counter and then just comes off with attitude right away, however when I walk away I hear her treating other customers somewhat kindly! I am a PAYING customer and I also deserve respect! I should not have to initially greet a CSR upon arrival to the place of her business! Just RUDE and NASTY for NO reason at all, I DO NOT DESERVE ALL THE NASTINESS! Maybe next time I will have to record the way she is with me for visual and sound proof! I really hope someone steps in and retrains her on how to assist and treat ALL people!

Then i see a priority box hanging ever since 12.70 The post office also closes when it's supposed to be open condescending lazy and knowledgeable people who aren't willing to listen to their customers. There are so many post office in this area they won't even be Missed. There are several other post office that go out of the way to help the customers and I'd rather deal with them. They are just horrible

Despite how hard they work and the volume of work they handle per day, I am always greeted with a smile and a friendly attitude! They will tell me the truth about how my package needs to be altered in order to survive the shipping process to its destination. Since dear Robin Moore has retired, I miss her so much. Gina and Brittany are holding the fort now and they do an excellent job. Lots of folks in the neighborhood go there to say hello, drop off packages, pick up mail and catch a friendly smile. I hope they know how much they are appreciated!
