Nearly every time I conduct a transaction, the postal worker will tap the screen, completing the on-line customer satisfaction survey, denying me, the customer, the opportunity to provide feedback. They know they are terrible.

- EKEvan KrohnSep 4, 20261.0Can’t use this post as an eBay card seller. They refuse eBay standard envelopes saying if they can’t bend they won’t accept them. Absolutely wild considering I’ve been sending them for years. I must use the aubudon post office instead now which closes earlier simply because the kop location refuses service. Go figure when I take them to Audubon the worker weights them and not only says they’re good to send but actually have extra and funds already added to avoid these issues. Get your stuff together KOP. Absolutely deplorable.

There was an issue with a customers shipment that seemed to be system related, and the line was building at quarter to 5. Despite her frustration with whatever was going on with the system, she remained very professional with both the customer she was working with and with the people waiting in line, even giving the option for a nearby post office that was open for another hour. She was super helpful with my transaction when I finally got to the counter. I very much appreciate her service & commend her handling of the situation. I’m only sorry I didn’t get her name, but USPS has got a great employee in this woman 💙
