None of the workers want to work. Do their jobs or shown that they can be friendly. These experiences need to be addressed and handled. It’s no wonder why this location has 2 stars…
- MMMARthePaintballerMay 1, 20261.0Had a postal worker incorrectly issue a money order. Since I haven't gotten one in years I made the mistake of not verifying it thoroughly. The employee took my cash and pocketed it. I know this because after another government agency sent it back stating it was invalid. I went back to this Post and asked what happened where I was than accused of committing fraud since the postal worker who issued it manually filled it out rather than having the computer/machine write it. On top of this; it doesn't matter when you go here but clearly everyone is working to get fired. Terrible attitudes regardless of how you present yourself. If your kind; you're treated like dirt.

Husband went to Post office and they told HIM to make calls and emails to find packages!! So no Birthday gift for my son, item has probably melted and we are out $!! Very disappointed!!!!!
- JMJimmy MartinApr 10, 20261.0The inside staff at this location needs to be trained on what customer service is. Most of the females in there are usually always negative and in a bad mood. Why work there do you don't like it. There's only one person in there that's usually very pleasant the one with the long hair and glasses. The others need to be trained in customer service. The constant attitude is uncalled for. I wish I could listen to my AirPods in both ears everyday at work to ignore customers like they do at this location.
