There was an issue with a customers shipment that seemed to be system related, and the line was building at quarter to 5. Despite her frustration with whatever was going on with the system, she remained very professional with both the customer she was working with and with the people waiting in line, even giving the option for a nearby post office that was open for another hour. She was super helpful with my transaction when I finally got to the counter. I very much appreciate her service & commend her handling of the situation. I’m only sorry I didn’t get her name, but USPS has got a great employee in this woman 💙

Kim has been here every time I’ve come in over the past year and she’s so nice—she’s handling this line by herself (there is a line at lunch time) and doing a great job of it. I also just watched her handle a disgruntled customer about a box close and she was both factual, empathetic, and helpful. I appreciate these ladies!!!
