  Worked for tradesmen for 2-3 years. Very disorganized. Left I got a good paying seasonal masonry job and when I got laid off. Pennsylvania workman’s compensation said tradesman never paid into workman’s compensation so it took me 3-4 months before I got due compensation. And I had to show all pay stubs because they had no record. The reason I left tradesman was because they could never get the health insurance right. The company is owned by Blackrock financial so that should tell you where their interest in their is . Never any PPE which by law they need to supply. You might get one set of safety glasses and they charge you for a hardhat . Some other offices like in California are great with as much PPE and field support as needed.

  I had a great time working for tradesmen. They found me some really nice jobs at great rates. Very supportive and friendly.
