  I’ve been trying to cancel this company for the past six months. It’s absolutely unbelievable that they just keep charging now I have to go with my contact my credit card company have them cancel the card. Give me a new card and try to recruit all the money that they’ve charged me.

  Sophie Benjamin at Hibu is our favorite EVER. What a breath of fresh air Sophie is! We have tried various companies and can I just say, Hibu is great, it is a great platform, but Sophie is the all star of the package. I will literally follow Sophie wherever she goes (you better hold on tight to her Hibu!) Any time we need anything (which is pretty often--sorry Sophie!), we don't have to worry about it because we know Sophie will take care of it as soon as she sees an email or gets a voicemail. When there are 100 things on your to-do list, it is so nice to know I don't even have to think about it once I reach out to Sophie, I know she will take care of it, and she does so promptly. Don't underestimate the value of knowing the person you've invested in, is equally as invested in you. She is 100% on it all the time, always happy, positive and willing to help in any way she can. She is smart, pays attention to details and super creative if you're feeling stuck- she will help you brainstorm to get you to where you're trying to go. 10 out of 10. Sophie rules!
