  I stopped by this UPS Store to drop off an Amazon return. The store was clean and organized, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside is the parking, which can be a little difficult depending on the time of day. Other than that, the drop-off process was easy and convenient. Overall, a good location for Amazon returns and shipping with friendly service.

  Horrible customer service and an extremely disappointing experience. I refused delivery of a damaged package, only to have the exact same damaged package delivered again the next day. I went to this location for help and asked to speak with a manager. Instead, I spoke with the owner, who was completely unwilling to assist. I asked if he could contact UPS while I was there, and he refused. When I requested the store and owner information so I could file a complaint, the situation was unnecessarily escalated and the police were called. I ultimately received the information I requested after speaking with the officers. The owner even stated that he had “nothing to do with UPS,” despite operating a UPS Store location. Regardless of how the franchise operates, customers should expect basic professionalism and assistance. I would not recommend this location. A simple customer service issue was handled in the worst possible way.
