The 1st day I went in to drop off a package i heard the 1 postal lady beung rude or somethibg to her coworker ( ya I understood that it was 10 min till they closed). But atill no need for that. I coulsnt find the q.r.code for the 1 package so she said that they needed the q r. Code to be sent out as ling as it was the 1 carrier ( ex. Ups/FedEx ect).... I went in bext day bc had other packages to fo out. ( the 1 ups). Looked like idk if same lady but was on phone i hope to a customer I felt ignored basically for a few min. ( this was around 330). I disnt have wnough tape on the 1 I was like oh im sorry i didnt have enough tape it was a cruddy tape job ( just was trying to joke with her). She reprinted the label. Then the 2nd item i had it was a cutting board for a( friend out of state belated bd gift. ) "shes like anything fragile" "I was like" its a cutting board". She was what sounded VERY RUDE like "why does it have fragile on it??" Asked if anything else i was like a thing of stamps. ( I wanted a receipt for it since I do fetch app for points). I seen her push something on the keypad . I asked her for a recipient for the stamps sh3 was like Ina VERY RUDE tone," that its all on the tracking slip". I work in the retail i dusty at a big name store for almoat 4 half years qnd I am 99 percent of the time very nice to my customers ( not fakey and juat to be me). But this lady/both ladies need a ATTITUDE adjustment and "treat others as how youd be treated". I hope to not go into irwin post office again for a long time.
- BMB MAug 8, 20261.0We are getting very sick one postman who delivers in Robert Street, Irwin Pa. He is very ignorant, and throws packages because he has to get out of his mail truck. Get rid of this guy or retrain him. We have him on our camera throwing our stuff!!!!!!!!
