But earlier this week I shipped out something that was fragile, bubble wrapped it, packing peanuts, and had news paper around it. Wasn’t worried about the item moving around or even breaking. But the one problem I remember happening is the gentleman Cody(even remembered his name) put the shipping label on the box right next to the fragile sticker, and proceeded to toss my box into the bin. Which I am highly confident broke the item. I am never a person to complain, but this pissed me off.

The lady at the counter said unfortunately all the people answering the phone really don’t know all of the passport information. I would think if they didn’t know they should forward you to someone who does. Poor attitude and service

Missing bank statements, checks from clients, medical info and invoices . . . and that is just what I know about!! This is why postal system needs to go private . . . too many incompetent or poorly trained people. Ask same question to 2-3 postal employees and get 2-3 different answers. Finally filed complaints with Senator Casey, Postal Inspectors, Consumer Affairs and Postmaster General . . . all at my expense and time!! VERY POOR SYSTEM AND SERVICE!!!!
