  Pre story: Unprofessional and road ragging drivers.Buddy ran me off the road then flipped me off, all cause he would not let me merge on to the highway at the end of the zipper lane. Full story: After I got in front of him after I merged onto the highway, he proceeded to pass me on the left in his transport truck. He then got the cab of his truck passed me and swerved his whole truck into my lane running me off the road. I caught up to him to be like dude what the heck 🤷‍♂️ and he flipped me off. Watch out for this guy Truck unit number: 279201 Licenses plate : Indiana - pc79204

  Great place, great customer service. Had 4 items to be sent back. Had no issues at all, very fast, very nice... Highly recommend this UPS store!

  When you get an email from Amazon with a barcode for your "free return no box required," never take it here. Do not ever take your "free" return here. The "people" who work here will take your product, refuse to scan your barcode in the email, then charge you for the return. When you refuse to pay because its a free service, they will steal your return. They will not give YOU back YOUR stuff and lie about it "already being on a truck" in less than a minutes time. When calling the 800 number to report all of this, the ups store customer service told me that "some of their employees are just trying to make a quick buck." Don't waste your money on this place. Don't waste your time either as the "people" who work here will just scream at you, cuss you out, and make fun of your appearance. Their rudeness will not be forgotten and they have no right to hold your belongings hostage for money you don't owe. They also have no right to belittle their customers based on appearances and/or medical conditions.

  If there was a way to add a zero star, I would. I paid to have them pack up a sewing machine. I also bought $400 worth of insurance. They packed it, shipped it and it arrived (to the woman I sold it to) broken. They will not refund my money. Jeff and the manager there, kept telling me that UPS International will not honor the claim. When I called International. They said there was not even a case opened. I opened it myself by phone. It has been 5 months now. I am out $325 for the machine and $122 for shipping and insurance. My broken machine is still sitting there while they supposedly are fighting UPS. My guess? They are just waiting for me to give up! I'm trying to deal with UPS International myself. Either way, do not trust The UPS STore. They do not honor claims. UPDATE: Change my review to 5 Star. Jeff came through and refunded ALL my money. I apologized to the manager, Chris. I was rude to her on my last encounter. I took my frustrations out on her. Humiliated her in front of people, embarrassed my self and in front of my grand daughter. She was mortified. Chris did not deserve that. So I apologize publicly. Thank you Jeff for honoring the claim. Blessings to you and your business! I am satisfied. and Thankful.
