  Come to this store all the time employees are always kind and helpful management is always outstanding was there today seeing some leaves flying around and thought well it's that time of year this place always looks excellent the snow removal is always top notch and the leaves clean up I don't know how they stay ahead of it with as many trees there is and as windy as it always is great job to all employees and management would give more stars if I could

  Went to make copies for a class. They were going to charge $100 for just a handful of the copies I needed... ridiculous. DO NOT recommend.

  The WORST customer service. The copy center is completely incompetent of simple tasks. I needed 1 copy done on a single piece of cardstock. 1 COPY! I was told that they don't do that. What do you mean you don't do that? You're a copy center, I need a single copy! I was told I needed to come back to pick it up in an hour. I said absolutely not. I went to the shelf and had to purchase a $10 ream of paper and use the self-service machine with my cardstock. I got reprimanded, but that was the only way I was going to get my copy apparently. All of the garbage cans were overflowing, there was literally garbage laying on the floor and the counters. It was disgusting. I worked in a copy center, at a Staples. If I did that to my customers then, I would have been fired for incompetence. I will NOT be back, I will literally go anywhere else except here.
