- JJjohn78druJun 9, 20261.0Went to staples in indiana pa. Was trying to print out two documents from a brand new usb drive. Tried the self service copier and computer. Neither would read my drive. Went to the print center and was told two documents ( one was two pages and second was 3 pages) there was an hour turn around time. The girl was quite rude. This location is understaffed, never has products you go there for , and staff has no idea where anything is or if they have it in stock. Lines are always long. Ended up going to get documents printed at copies plus and was in and out in 2 minutes. Will NEVER go back to indiana pa staples again!!!!!!. 6-11-26...Just as I expected a standard response that shows management doesn't care. Please just go through the motions...oh wait thats exactly what was done. You had a great staff u til the were let.go bc they made too much. Just like other indiana business you say bs to make it look like you care. How about you do something. This just doesn't fall on your staff it falls on you the management. It shows how bad your standards really are. Maybe you should try to develop your staff, and give them the tools to succeed.
