Never impressed with this location. Hours are inconvenient, service usually isn't great, but I go here because its close to home. Today the lady was in the corner scrolling on her phone for about half a minute before coming to the front. She never acknowledged me when taking my package but continued talking in her earpiece to which sounded like a personal phone call to me. Don't have large, regular envelopes for purchase.
Update: on a recent visit, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Their service is not good inside the building, which can be frustrating if needing a QR code or something else. You can do better USPS!
