- EJElan JonesNov 5, 20233.0It’s a post office but for whatever reason, there’s one driver who refuses to pick up packages while the other always pick up packages! The customer service at the office is always perfect. But the only reason for the 3 stars is the issue with package pick up. I run a small business and I’m not always home because I do work during the day. So when I have a package pick up the female driver always picks up my packages (which I leave on the front porch) but a male driver never does. I was home one day and saw for myself that he did not even get out of the car to get the package. I have had multiple packages ship out late due this issue… it’s very very annoying! I can’t always get to the post office so using the package pick up should be easy and convenient but when he’s the driver for the day I already know he’s not gonna pick up the package… by the time I find out the office is already closed so I have to wait until the next day!
