- ITIan TJul 28, 20261.0Website claims walk in passports from 2:00-3:00 Tuesday-Thursday, inside they have a sign posted saying passport walk ins from 2:00-2:45. I showed up right before 2:30 on a Tuesday and was told by the heavier set woman behind the desk that she’s done with walk ins for the day. After telling her the sign says 2:00-2:45 and her still saying she’s done for the day I started walking out. The woman then starts trying to yell through the door saying I have to be there at 2:00 sharp… she is always rude and has a demeaning tone towards customers… however from previous experiences the younger gentleman at the front desk is amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate me. It’s sad that she had to ruin the experience and friendly nature there. I will not be coming back to this post office!

They still haven’t been scanned in (yet I paid for tracking). I have to drive to post offices because I’ve learned not to trust random mailboxes. This shouldn’t be the case. But when you drive out of your way to a location and they still can’t do the job, it makes you wonder. I’ll be reporting this to the 1-800 number too, like it will matter.
