- AMAshley MunozApr 24, 20261.004/24. Here visiting from down south and had an Amazon package brought here because they couldn’t deliver it at the house. The lady with the glasses is cold and honestly shouldn’t be in customer service. I’ve heard horror stories about this place, and then reading the reviews.. it tracks. I’ll just contact Amazon and have it rerouted or sent back. I’ll never step foot in that post office again. Y’all only got a star because I couldn’t review without 1. Awful. Do better. Working in customer service includes effort and decency.

Go to post office wont let me pickup packages even though I have proof of the order. House is a rental in an LLC and wont match my id which is my primary house. Already filled out paperwork prior that I am owner they said this wouldnt happen . Wont give me my packages even though I have 3 ways to prove they are mine, but becuase my id wont mattch the delivery address and they didnt lave a slip which wasn't my fault. Extremely rude and rediculous. They can keep the packages ill just go to home depot and buy the supplies

I have complained about the things this post office does for years, from not putting my mail in the right box to randomly not delivering mail for no legitimate reason. They never answer the phone and are not at all helpful. I’ve had the misfortune of having to get my mail through them for over 20 years. I agree with the guy who said that it would function better if no one worked there.
