The lady with the glasses is cold and honestly shouldn’t be in customer service. I’ve heard horror stories about this place, and then reading the reviews.. it tracks. I’ll just contact Amazon and have it rerouted or sent back. I’ll never step foot in that post office again. Y’all only got a star because I couldn’t review without 1. Awful. Do better. Working in customer service includes effort and decency.
