  I always have a good experience at this Staples store. The cashier, Sue, is always extremely helpful and pleasant. On this shopping occasion I purchased party favors and helium balloons, and was very pleased with my purchases

  Was referred to this store by your Springfield location. You had what I needed and it was verified by a phone call from one store to another. You tried to charge me $120 for a chair I saw at Springfield for $100. I asked that you call the Springfield store to verify with the employee (I gave you their name) who had already helped me and called you to verify you had 2 of the chairs I was looking for. You called said store and looked at me in the face and told me that said employee had already gone home for the day but if I went back and got a picture you would price match. I went back to Springfield and the first person I saw when I walked in was the employee you told me was already off and they were still on the clock. I then walked to the chair and that store had the chair listed at $99.99. So you lied to my face and tried to overcharge me. Not a good look for this location.

  The guy at the front with the glasses was a little rude He told me my total and I had my phone out with Apple Pay clearly visible waiting for the machine to show tap to pay and he just again said my total after 5 to 10 seconds but with an attitude like mad and that’s when the payment just went through but still don’t have to be rude
