- AAAtomHMay 29, 20261.0Worst Post Office I've ever been to in my life. I've been to small hole in the wall post offices and nice ones, but this one is dirty and run by very rude employees. I was shooed away from the counter by the employee behind the desk when my partner had the wrong package, but I was still holding packages in my hand! So rude! If I could give a negative review, I would. Mail your packages at the Lansdale location; it's much nicer.
- SSSMay 29, 20261.0Honestly? Just wow. The ego’s and shared attitude at this post office is quite remarkable, to say the least. I’ve never been to a post office where all the workers are so miserable they feel the need to take it out on their customers. Whoever the woman was working the desk on 5/26/26, needs a new job. If the way she acts and treats customers is what is considered “good customer service”, some retraining may need to be done. To think because y’all work for the government gives you an excuse to treat people the way you do… dear God, y’all need a reality check. Many local jobs hiring if you’re all so miserable being there, where you won’t have to work customer service! Would be happy to share some listings. They make their own rules here and choose what’s going to happen. Claiming things can’t be done even though this same employee has done said thing in the past personally for me, MULTIPLE times with no issue. I was happy to have a post office so close to me after moving here in the past six months and after this one visit, NEVER again will I come here. Will literally go out of my way now to go to a different post office. They also do not have any other boxes or packaging available other than speciality mailers/priority shipping so if you don’t have the right box, be ready for them to tell you “figure it out”! :)

- LDLogan DanielApr 30, 20265.0Worth the 8 minute drive from the Telford post office. Much friendlier and had no issues accepting the exact same packages the Telford post office refused.
- MSM SFeb 21, 20261.0Stood in line yesterday along with several others for over 10 minutes while the staff was in the back cracking jokes, talking about their girlfriend. Someone came out to look at us, doesn’t say hello or we’ll be right with you, nothing, just walks away and then it got dead quiet. While again, about 7 people in the waiting area waiting to be helped. Ended up leaving, don’t have time to wait while they cut it up in the back.
