  Payal Patel is AMAZING & AWESOME I would like to HIGHLY RECOMMEND the service of Payal Patel. THE BEST!! I didn’t read any reviews for this company so my review is strictly based on FACTS. I highly recommend Payal, for future reference because her superior customer service, infinite subject matter expertise and downright GREAT moral compass was on full display. As a former talent manager, Payal is the total package! I had several notary jobs that I needed notarized and Payal was the consummate professional and her knowledge was phenomenal. Payal recommended several options related to my needs and she took her time to explain what everything meant. On top of the business side, Payal was just down to earth and personable. Payal took her time and was very deliberate, thus making the total experience worthwhile. UPS Store you have a diamond 💎 in the rough in Payal Patel, promote her now.

  I had an excellent experience at UPS. As soon as I arrived, Payal greeted me with a friendly smile and kindly let me know that she was assisting another customer but would be with me shortly. Even though she was busy, she made me feel welcomed and acknowledged. While I was waiting, Noah assisted me with my package. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered my questions, handled everything efficiently, and made the experience quick and stress-free. Both Payal and Noah provided outstanding customer service and demonstrated a genuine commitment to helping customers. Their positive attitudes and professionalism made a great impression. Thank you for such a pleasant experience—I highly recommend this UPS location! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  This has always been my go to place for everything from Amazon drop-offs to printing and corporate marketing material. Noah is an extremely professional and friendly member of the team and always will find a solution to any issue. Since Payal has taken over the ownership there has been a definite improvement in all areas of the store. Highly recommend this UPS store!

  I would never use any other store. Noah and PAYAL are truly the dynamic duo. They are so kind so patient so helpful. I’m in there constantly and I have never ever seen them be short with anyone or not nice to anyone. If they were to ever leave this store, I’d have to track them down and find them. They are the best.!!
