- GTGod of ThunderMar 25, 20251.0I got there ten minutes before they closed today and I got a heavy set lady with long braids and she was very rude. I don't understand how these people get away with treating their customers so bad. This isn't the first time she was rude to me or the people in front of me either. Very unprofessional. The only reason I come to this one is because it's 2 blocks away from my house so it is convenient, but every one of these "federal employees" act the same and it's disgusting. They do not deserve their jobs
- SSSBMar 18, 20251.0Went in this morning at 920 on 3-18-25 and the young lady at the desk was so wrapped up in her phone that she didn't see me come in. I stood a few feet from the counter and she didn't look up. I coughed loudly 3 times and she didn't look up. I finally said "excuse me" and she looked up with a smirk like she was caught taking a cookie out of the jar. I asked for a booklet of stamps and she scanned them and instantly her head went right back down to her phone. If I were her with Trump cutting federal jobs, I would better with customer service.

This location was closed for lunch from one to two, which was not reflected on the website! When I returned later, they did not have any of the size box that I needed, which the website said they would have, and the person behind the counter basically could not help me, so I had to go drive 15 minutes to a different location
