- EBElisa Bae1 day ago1.0This location is the worst. Their handicap access ramp is a violation of the federal Architectural Barriers Act (ABA). Whenever a vehicle parks in the handicap space, the ramp is completely blocked and entirely inaccessible to wheelchair users, individuals with mobility impairment, and mothers with strollers. They need to correct their parking layout to make it up to code. Also, when I was trying to leave the building, the automatic door on the left side wouldn’t open. I banged on it and it opened, but when I approached it, it started to close on me. In addition, the lady who works behind the counter is unfriendly and rude. The wait in line always takes longer than the normal expected time. They only had one worker. This place needs more attention from the manager and those in charge. It is a disgrace to our community and the many patrons who rely on the USPS for their packages.

- JCJenna ChristineJun 17, 20262.0I moved to the area in late May. I was able to pick up my mail the following Monday after my mail was brought back to the post office at my request via a hold slip. Since then, I have not been able to reliably access my mail. I have been to the post office no less than 6 times in the past couple of weeks to pick up important bills and my license that were all in the mail, and have only been able to get my mail once since then, due to it being brought back to my mailbox, even though a key has not yet been made for me to get my mail from my complex. Getting incredibly frustrated with the miscommunication and the fact that it takes about a month to make a bulk of mail keys for the neighborhood even though "I should receive a call this week" because "they are making keys for my complex".
