- AWAdam Welber2 days ago1.0Good luck dealing with these people. They are as rude as they get and not a shred of accountability is ever taken for screw ups. It’s always a “system error” when things are lost. You’d be better off with ups or FedEx.
- TATheresa AlmonteMay 5, 20261.0I am very disappointed with the person in charge of delivering mail in my neighborhood on Oak Leaf Lane, Harrisburg 17111. The person responsible is not doing their job and is also a liar. When I went to check my mail, I found a pink slip stating that I was not home to sign for a letter. That is a lie; I work from home and am at my house 24/7. Furthermore, I have a camera in my garage and a Ring doorbell at my front door. I am not a mind reader; I had no way of knowing that a letter requiring my signature was going to arrive. After receiving the slip, I scanned the QR provided to schedule a delivery appointment which I did, I still haven't received the letter. I scheduled this on 04/30/2026 for delivery on Saturday, 05/02/2026. The most ridiculous part is that, in order to place mail in my mailbox, the carrier has to pass right in front of my house anyway. Today is Tuesday; I hope that I can at least receive my letter today, as it is from the IRS. Terrible service, and the carrier is a complete liar.

- BGBrandi GloverApr 2, 20261.0Every single time I need this Post Office, they fail me. The last three times I came there, they closed hours before closing time. The hours clearly say they close at 5:30pm and they are closing at 2pm,and 3:30 pm! It's such an inconvenience. I don't even want to use that Post Office anymore. Myself, along with other customers were turned away at the door. They were just as upset as I was.
