- DSDanielle SimsMay 13, 20261.0I went here to get my granddaughters passport photo. When we went to the appointment to get her passport they would not accept the photo. They said go get your money back because they should know what is required for the photo. ( my granddaughter was smiling and you can't.) I told the lady that i wanted to return it and she looked at me like I was crazy. Two others got involved and said they needed to call the owner but that they already printed my pictures out so he's probably not going to return my money. She then said bring my granddaughter back for another picture. I informed her we had to pay for another one because we needed it that day. Needless to say they wouldn't give me me my $16.98 back. POOR customer service and lack of knowledge when it comes to taking passports photos. They must be money hungry over that amount.

The person I sent it to never received the packaged and when I went to the store to put in a claim, they basically tried brushing me off stated that the package was delivered. The person never got the package. The UPS driver who delivers to the building never received or delivered the packaged now i lost out on my money and package. And nobody seems to know anything; they just keep telling me the package was delivered. The people at the store are so rude and don't even understand. Like I give this store a zero and would not recommend anybody to send anything from this store.
