  The folks at ups were incredible. We had to ship some very emotional items and they packed and shipped them with great care. I would continue to use this store over other shippers. Thank you so much!

  I just had the most pleasant experience here. The woman who waited on me was so sweet and helpful. She was smiling the entire time and just made my day. I usually go to the UPS store on Linglestown Road where they’re miserable. Thank you to the kind woman whose attitude was refreshing and greatly appreciated!

  This place is so helpful especially for AN older person the team is very respectful And they are patient and Yash goes beyond With professionality A sense of humor added with speed I really appreciate People in this world that are just nice I have a UPS store That is closer Oh I forgot to say they have a shredder and it's a shredder that does it right there and it cost me hardly anything to take very bulky things that you cannot shred in your own shredder Or don't want to because It would so much time and I only knew that because one of the team members were wearing a T shirt that said we Shred That was so surprising because the other store literally Have no privacy It's some big bins That was very helpful to be able to take a bag I think they do it by LBS way better than doing it One at a time Anyway I wanted to thank them very much It is such a joy To have found such a pleasant professional team

  Went in today to do a return and the guy was on his phone talking on his Bluetooth in his foreign language. I was standing waiting for him and he didn't even acknowledge that I was there. I just walked up to him and not a hello what can I do for you, nothing...... I placed the package on the counter and he still talking on his Bluetooth. I gave him the scan code and still nothing he didn't request anything didn't egger anything else. Hate going there. Tried to give a benefit of a doubt cause this is my least favorite ups and after today I'll never conduct my business there.
