Deanna must have spent her entire day printing this job for me and was kind and helpful the entire time. I really can't describe the levels of above and beyond that she went to to help me. I can't say enough praise about how kind and helpful everyone at this location is.

And this time, with another hefty printing job, they stayed late to ensure everything was completed properly, without a hint of rush or obligation. What really stood out most was the gift of their time. They were warm, insightful, and helped me manage my own irrational stress about the project — the kind of people who make you feel taken care of, not processed. Thomas and Fajarah are the kind of employees who quietly restore your faith in what customer service can be! FedEx is incredibly fortunate to have them. I left not only with my needs met, but with genuine gratitude for two people who clearly care about doing their jobs — and doing them well. If management is reading this: these two are absolute gems!
