- ACAlex CameronMay 12, 20261.0Terrible logistics company. They delivered our furniture on behalf of a local store. It’s a long story and calamity of errors, but the short version is they carried a brand new mattress to the curb and left it in the rain while they assembled our bed. They also chilled the side of the bed and installed the drawers crooked. The furniture company had to send a technician out to fix their mess. In the end they agreed to pay for the replacement cost of the mattress. Going forward I will always ask if AIT is the logistics company with whom ever I’m buying furniture from and if it is I will end the sale or ask for a different delivery option. Avoid this company.

- SWSandy WagnerAug 26, 20181.0This company is a joke. We were supposed to receive a delivery August 25, 2018 between 3 and 7 pm. Nobody showed up, nobody called us, nobody emailed, nobody texted us. We DID NOT get our delivery. When I called the company, the answering service answered and forwarded my information to a person on call. This person could not help me because AIT contracts with someone else. To summarize, it is Sunday, August 26, 2018 and we do not have our furniture nor do we know where it is. If you ever purchase through a company that uses AIT run the opposite direction. Funny thing is though we PAID for this furniture, but there is not ONE person from this joke of a company who can answer my questions: why didn't our furniture get delivered, where is it, and when will it be delivered!!!! One star is too many for this company, but I had to click on something. Absolute awful awful awful experience.
