- ACAlex CameronMay 12, 20261.0Terrible logistics company. They delivered our furniture on behalf of a local store. It’s a long story and calamity of errors, but the short version is they carried a brand new mattress to the curb and left it in the rain while they assembled our bed. They also chilled the side of the bed and installed the drawers crooked. The furniture company had to send a technician out to fix their mess. In the end they agreed to pay for the replacement cost of the mattress. Going forward I will always ask if AIT is the logistics company with whom ever I’m buying furniture from and if it is I will end the sale or ask for a different delivery option. Avoid this company.

Do not call to communicate updates or tell you that they totally changed your delivery date and wont be showing up. also use other 3rd party people to deliver & pick up returns who aren't provided any information. Terrible!!
