Useless! Tried to call to place mail on hold, no one answers the phone. Submitted the hold request on the USPS website, and my packages still ended up being delivered. Tried to reach out again via phone, they still don't answer the phone!

Unfortunately, today I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I was polite and respectful from the moment I walked in, but the older woman who helped me was consistently rude, dismissive, and unnecessarily disrespectful throughout the entire interaction. What really stood out was that after treating me poorly the entire time, she loudly called out, "You're welcome!" as I was leaving because I didn't thank her. Respect goes both ways, and it's hard to thank someone who has gone out of their way to make you feel unwelcome. On top of that, this has consistently been one of the most disorganized and unprofessional USPS locations I've ever dealt with. Packages seem to go missing far more often than they should, and when you ask for answers, nobody seems to know what's going on or takes any accountability. It often feels like the staff has no idea what they're doing. This experience was the final straw. I can't recommend this location to anyone and will be encouraging friends and family to take their business elsewhere. I sincerely hope management addresses the customer service and organization at this branch, because no customer should be treated this way.

Friendly staff and always willing to help. I have had an issue with my mail and my change of address which the staff has been working on fixing for weeks now. Great Post office!! Thank you

Ordered from Amazon and delivery was from USPS. The postmaster apparently scanned the package at the office and stated it was delivered at 12pm. Well, it was not. Went down there all to find out where it is & was told it would be delivered today and that he didn’t have a scanner with him. That is a you problem. I was waiting on that package that I spent $598 on. I will see you 1st thing in the AM if I don’t get my package today. You definitely lied. I wonder if that would be a Federal offense.
