- PSPaige SchlangerApr 26, 20265.0This place may get a bad rap, but I was trying to return an item which I mailed back and had the tracking number on the receipt the post office provided. My refund wasn’t processed - the company said I needed the full tracking number…a few digits had worn off and were unreadable. The postal workers helped try different number combinations FOR AN HOUR in an effort to help me. They went above and beyond for sure.
