  Just started coming here again after hearing a new owner/manager has taken over. Before there was a very rude individual here that I witnessed several times talking down to people in front of me while I waited for my turn at the counter. I just felt he was very hateful towards customers, so I took my business elsewhere. This trip back was very refreshing to find all the employees here helpful, eager and very polite. I will definitely be using them to take care of my packages from now on.

  Horrible experience. I will never set foot in that store again. i was the second person in line. After fifteen minutes, employee #2 appeared and offered to help me at the other register. I had an Amazon return and two packages to mail. He took my Amazon return and then said he wasn't "allowed" to mail packages but employee #1 would come help me next. Employee #1 finished with his customer and answers his personal cell phone and disappears into the back. At this point I've been in line for 30 minutes. When he returns, he skips me and goes right to the next customer. I took my packages and walked past the now six people in line and I left with my unmailed packages. I will NEVER GO BACK.

  Unwelcoming. Customer service was an unpleasant experience. I wasn’t aware that I could purchase to have my label printed out in the actual store, instead I was turned away without a word from the female associate. What a waste of my time & gas. I live 25 mins away from this location it’s the closest one to me. Very disappointing.
