  I had a poster printed for same day pick-up. I ordered online and picked up in store it was so easy, and everyone was very friendly and helpful.

  Would rate this store less but my conversation with the manager and his kindness somewhat redeemed the situation. I don’t typically review places but don’t come here for print and copy services. The moment I approached the counter, the worker did not want to help me and she was rude throughout the whole interaction. I was looking to split up a textbook into smaller books for studying and she told me no, despite the fact I knew my classmates got this done at other locations. She told me I must have the wrong chain; why would I lie? and then tell me why the York location was able to do the job (exact what I wanted/needed at that)? It’s a shame to have to drive 30 minutes away when I live in Hanover but she was not willing to do the job or work with me!

  From the second I walked into the staples in Hanover everyone was so snarky and rude. The first lady snapped at me “If you’re making a return it’s over by the Amazon sign!” I’m sorry there are 5000 signs in that store, no need to be rude. And there are also 2 locations with Amazon signs. Then the gentleman Jacob at the Amazon return counter was also incredibly short with me. Avoid this place if you can. Sheesh.

  Designing print services online was easy to understand and had alot of options. Products and images are very vibrant and clarity. They had alot of options from products to designing options as well. When it came to picking up order it was done on time. When I went home to count out businesse cards I was short 50 of them. My local Staples was able to make the 50 and have ready the next day.
