- ABAndrea BakerJun 26, 20261.0Shipped a package overnight Wednesday 6/24. Was guaranteed by 6/25 by 6pm or I get a refund. Tracking the package it shows ARRIVED at Pittsburgh 6/24 at 4:18pm with NO further updates online. Never shows leaving Pittsburgh, went to USPS in Greensburg where I shipped the package from and they refuse to give me the GUARANTEED REFUND until the package arrives but they don't even know where the package is. So if it's lost then I am just out the money apparently that I paid for a service they didn't even provide. And a manager would not even override and give me the refund KNOWING they did not FULFILL the guarantee that I PAID FOR. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS USPS location again. Next time I will use UPS or FEDEX. Because this supposed "policy" is BULL!!!!!
- KMKassie MillerJun 3, 20261.0Wish I could do negative stars. The most unprofessional person I have ever met! If you don’t like customer service don’t work it. My boyfriend and I went to the post office today to pick up a certified letter that has to be signed. We’ve gotten two notices and due to work schedules today was the first day we could go. My boyfriend went in and the guy behind the counter was completely rude and unprofessional. Ignored my boyfriend and took people that came in after him before helping him. Once there was absolutely no one left he then told my boyfriend he wouldn’t get his letter and that he needed to sign the back of the notice and then they would deliver it. What?? We have two notices telling us to pick it up here because of. the required signature. Then two other people walked in and he walked away from my boyfriend while he was still trying to talk to him and took them to a back room to help them. There was another person in the back of the mail room, not sure what they were doing but they refused to come to the front as well. We were waiting for him to come back out trying to figure out why he just wouldn’t help us. He was very rude very dismissive. Not sure why it’s so hard to get a letter. Kinda the job?? Terrible customer service and wish I had his name so I could blast him. Definitely shouldn’t be working with people.

I haven’t caught their name yet but will try to soon. We love you On Green St!
