  I was able to get multiple documents notarized and mailed on short notice. Bret was simply an outstanding person. He took extra time to ensure that all of my documents were properly notarized and included according to the instructions I had received from a third party. I am glad that UPS hires individuals that eagerly go above and beyond typical customer service. I was not surprised to learn that this individual was a former USMC infantryman. Keep up the good work and you have my continued business.

  I went in on 3/4/2026 around 9-9:30 am est and was the only one in there I had my items ready to ship I just needed to pay for it and he started helping me then other people came in and he stopped helping me to help others. He was worried about everyone else but myself, this effected my children making them wait for me to get back in the car, it was not good customer service to push me aside to assist others
