- KLK LSep 4, 20261.0I do NOT recommend Primo water service. The water has a chlorinated taste, the customer service is awful, the delivery is decent as in, they got the right house anyway but not always the right day. The equipment is shoddy and their maintenance of said equipment is non-existent. They are also more expensive than other water services.
- MWMaria WagnerAug 4, 20261.0Terrible company. Once cancelled still getting billed. Multiple phone calls for delivery of water did not get it at time scheduled, and finally pick up of equipment same issue. Then late fees for payment that they said was made. Would not recommend EVER.
- MMMickey M.Dec 23, 20231.0Just do any other water delivery service honestly, do not do ReadyRefresh/Primo. The convenience is not worth it. I’ve had so many issues over the years with this company. Do not use if you are disabled, mentally or physically. They deliberately take advantage of you with 0 remorse. Also, buyer beware: when you cancel your account they find these arbitrary bottles out of nowhere and charge you $6 per ‘missing water bottles.’ Just try to ask them where they get the number from LOL I apparently have 35 missing. Oh joy. 0/10, do not recommend. Edit: When I made this review, this was before the Primo-ReadyRefresh merger. VERY sad about that. However, I maintain that this company is absolutely horrid. Pretty sure they also have bots on social media & Reddit singing their praises in droves whenever someone raises concerns. So troubling. 0/10
- KRKim Routzahn-LindenMar 14, 20235.0My delivery driver is Bill. He is always polite and timely. I have had others delivery my water and no one has been as exceptional as Bill. Always friendly and polite. I look forward to my deliveries. Thank you Bill for always providing the best Customer Service.
