  Very helpful with all passport applications questions and processes. Make an appointment to get your photo taken there. Advise getting an application ahead of time and read carefully, ask questions. They are very knowledgeable. USE BLACK INK.

  I had drivers that literally refused to deliver my package, I did get one who eventually did. I really wish I got his name but thank you to that one worker you're absolutely amazing

  Brandy was so helpful, both on the phone and in person, assisting me with my passport appointment and questions. I would gladly choose to use Franklin Post Office again.

  My family and I are rating the Franklin post office with 5 stars but it's no thanks to a women named Brandy! Personally I think that women should not work there she's very mean and disrespectful!!!! The reason I'm giving them 5 stars is because of their manager and a clerk named Jessica, both were very kind and helpful! My son recently went through chemo and is eligible for the make a wish foundation. His wish is to go to the Bahamas which we need passports for. Brandy would not except our make a wish checks stating she couldn't due to the date on the check. Our wish granter tried to speak to her and explain she cannot post date these checks but Brandy kept telling us she WILL NOT except them. We spoke with Brandy's manager who was so very helpful and kind to us! He ended up calling me later that day to apologize for Brandy's behavior and spoke with Jessica the other clerk who was very nice and even stayed over to help us with our passport process. A big thank you to the both of them!!!! My family and I appreciate you both and thank you so much for helping us get our passports!!! Brandy kept turning us away it took us 4 different appointments to finally get this completed. Personally I think Brandy does not really like people and she should probably find a job that doesn't work with the public because the way she treated my family and I was unacceptable and I will never go in there if she's the one working. Other than Brandy the Franklin post office employees are so very helpful and kind! Thank you both for finally making this happen!!!! Also there was another older gentleman who came in when we were there and said that Brandy also had closed and locked the door 10 minutes early last Saturday and was also unhappy with her! Apparently we aren't the only ones that that have complaints about Brandy.🤷
