- CPCrystal PilchardOct 23, 20255.0I used to dread coming to this post office and felt like a bother / burden but came anyway because it’s convenient and close but Chris has started working the counter and something changed. I always feel welcomed, he’s kind, compassionate, understanding, patient and truly goes above and beyond to make sure everything I need is taken care of. & He does this with every customer! Thank you Chris, your hard work is recognized and admired. He deserves more than just a good review, please take a moment to truly appreciate the employee you have here, it’s hard to come by genuine people like this in today’s world. 🥹
- MMMALSIELLA MARTINEZMay 11, 20211.0In the last 2 months I have used this post office and unfortunately 6 of my packages were not delivered. I filed complaints. I received an email from customer service and was informed my packages never left the facility but the updates are saying packages are on the way. I called them and they couldn’t show me it was scan to another usps. I’m sad . I’m a stay at home mom running a small handmade business that I work so hard for. I work so hard and lost lots of money. I will never used this post office again.
- SCSimon ChiefsKingdomDec 4, 20193.0Arrived at 3.29 to redeem a "sign for package" slip left in my mailbox on a recent Weekday. Online post hours for this location clearly states to be open until 4:30 M-F. A closed sign was on the second entrance door to the customer service counter while 3 employees inside made jesters to let me know they were closed..........It would be a good idea to check hours listed online, make neccessary editing of actual business hours, for future customers, that also search online for hours and locations.
