- ANAlberta NMay 2, 20241.0The worst service available. Maybe the post office should be privatized. They do NOT answer calls to the local phone number. Carrier will not pick up mail delivered by mistake that is left in box. The only way to report is to go through numerous USPS prompts via their 800 number, then email them my issue because there is NO longer a HUMAN out there to answer the phones.
- JPJeffrey PApr 27, 20241.0Horrible whoever my mail carrier is marks my package as undeliverable due to random reasons before they ever leave the post office. I will get a no secure location notification at 7 in the morning when the carrier hasnt even left the post office. Then i fill out the reschedule delivery card and put up my little mailbox flag and they jusy leave it in the mail box. On the date the delivery was supposed to be rescheduled for i was cutting my grass and saw the postal carrier leave mail but no package.
