Paid for and thought I mailed a certified, return receipt document - paid for the postage but the person at the window NEVER affixed the postage- so it was returned 2 weeks later - they were documents to the state and they were not sympathetic that the post office screwed up. 😡
- KJKelli JenneFeb 27, 20261.0Would rather give no stars. Literally for decades the door would be open early and late so that those of us that work could pick up our mail. Now without warning, that is no longer the case. So what happens? We can only get our mail on Saturdays, most of the time it's not open then either. I know that keeping an employee there has been difficult the last few years, but a better system needs to happen. Not everyone in the area is able to make the 1130-4 hours that are the new normal. Many of us don't have the option of just changing our address so that we can either go to Ottsville or Revere or even get our mail delivered. Some of us use mail order pharmacies and can't get our meds! Do Better please!

A 12x12x12 box just went missing, no scan no nothing even after an older gentlemen that usually sits in there says he remembered me handing it to the clerk a few days before.
