Waste of time and gas for paid service. The clerks are helpful but driver should be accountable for his mistakes.

That said, if a customer asks to use an ink pen to fill out an address label, maybe don't legit throw the pen at said customer. And maybe just maybe try smiling and thanking your customers for their patronage. You ain't the only post office in Franklin County....
