Desperate repairs are needed to their trucks, the one that came to my home today won’t be on the road tomorrow, it sounded like the engines about to seize up. That being said, I love our drivers.

After reading the reviews- I finally got the answer that I have been asking every time I have to go to the post office, my packages aren’t being delivered because my mail carrier is not doing her job. I’ve lived in the same place for about 5 years. The mail carrier is the same lady. She sporadically delivers packages but mostly makes me go to the post office with very limited hours of operation. About 2 months ago- I was waiting on several small packages. Due to tracking I knew they were at the post office but were not delivered and I did not get a yellow package slip. I did however get a form from the post office asking how I would like my packages delivered. The form says they should deliver to my home as long as your driveway is less than a 1/2 mile and there is room to turn around. Mine fits the criteria. I completed the form. A few days later all of my small packages were jammed in my mail box. So why weren’t they just delivered when the PO received them? Felt like my stuff was held on purpose. I thought it was personal but now I know it is just incompetence. I understand delivering mail every day can be hard, but if that is the job you chose you should be expected to do it. Everyone has a different work ethic but if there are multiple reports of multiple drivers not doing their job, this is a management issue. People are not being held accountable. Unfortunately it seems we are at the mercy of our zip code and Evans City Post Office. At least I know I’m not alone. Dear USPS, Please provide continued training for your managers and employees that may have forgotten their responsibility to deliver the mail. Dear Evans City Post office, please do not hold this comment against me. Please accept it as constructive criticism and take this opportunity to do better, not just for me but everyone who has mail coming through your office. Dear fellow EC resident- Luckily we can track all of our packages but did you know you can get daily emails from USPS with pictures of the mail you should receive? I highly recommend this if you have been having mail delivery issues.

I bought a pair of prescription eyeglasses and the email from the post office said they were delivered on 1/13/22. They never made it here. No one knows where they are. Now I have to get my money back from the company I ordered them from. The mail delivery person said he/she delivered the package across the street.....which didn't happen. Zero stars.
