The older lady clerk 79 was very rude telling me let’s hope my packages arrive to my daughter who is currently serving in the US Navy stationed in Iran. She yelled about me using her sharpie. Was slamming things. I mailed 7 packages, spending $150 and she said well if they get sent back that’s what happens! The didn’t even take my customs paperwork to my boxes and just left on the floor. So who knows if it will get lost. She acted the same way at the other location 3 weeks ago, so I drove 30 minutes out my way to not have to deal with HOPING she gets her packages. And than to my dismay she was at this location. My daughter only gets mail 1x every 60 days due to being on a Navy ship at War. The worse part is I spoke with the station manager who to complain and she said, what do you want me to do she worked 14 hours and is sick. I said that’s not acceptable excuse. The station manager should have helped her complete the transaction if the clerk was unsure how to do it. But she told her, just lay her customs paperwork on the boxes laying on the floor. Hoping they don’t get knocked over. Overall very very unprofessional!!! Can someone contact me? I need to ensure these packages had the paperwork stuck on them and sent out correctly? Please contact me!!!
