One customer was doing Amazon returns and had no less than 15 packages. The register was not properly working, it didn't acknowledge phone numbers for customer rewards . Won't go back any time soon. Kudos to the cashier for trying his best.

On multiple visits, there was a line outside by 8:50am. Today really struck a nerve with me when the line was 5 deep, workers showed up at 9:03, the doors opened at 9:07, I needed to print a single paper and couldnt get help until 9:12, just to find out the only printer available to me was broken! The worker offered no other way to print the document for me and said "well there was a call off". This store is always a disappointment but today was frustrating to say the least.

Great patience in walking me through getting a document from my phone into an elegant keepsake to commemorate the event. Excellent customer service.
