If you offer me a supervisor and I say OK cool and you start to complain about how you’re about to close. Why did you even offer me the supervisor if you were gonna make it seem like it was a bother to find one? Customer service is an all-time low here. The only person I always have a good experience with here is the Asian woman that always greets me with a smile and tries to help when asked. Other than that, everybody Seems to think being passive aggressive is the way you should talk to customers. Between missing mail that I drop off personally at this post office and the disrespect from the postman that delivers our mail That wants to be a smart ass instead of just respecting Someone else’s property he decides to question why I’m telling him not to walk on my garden wall that isnt a walkway and then decides to threaten me with holding my mail When I Explained to him that we didn’t want anyone walking on that garden wall. It isn’t a walkway.Do better USPS I won’t be shipping any packages out through USPS anymore. You guys literally have one job and you’re failing at it!
