- JRJohn RMar 2, 20261.0USPS mail delivery in Emmaus is terrible. USPS frequently delivers mail to the wrong address. It is up to my neighbors and I to get the misdelivered mail to the correct location. I have not had a package misdelivered recently, but I do get "Delivery Exception - No access to delivery location" messages, which is code for "I forgot to deliver your package today even though it was out for delivery". If the mailman wasn't always talking on the phone when he was delivering the mail, the service would probably be a lot better.
